A 12-month commitment with no subscription fee for months 1–3. Pay PHP 1,500 per facility/month for months 4–12: PHP 13,500 for the first year. Unlimited doctors, staff and patients. One introductory period per clinic, for its lifetime.

The free period is part of the annual agreement, not a cancel-anytime trial. After year one, renewal is PHP 18,000/year at the current rate, without repeat free months. To stop renewal, give written notice at least one calendar month before term expiry. A notice ends the agreement at expiry; it does not cancel the remaining initial-term fees.

- For eligible new clinics signing by 31 December 2026, 11:59 p.m. Philippine time. Clinic/physician review and a written activation date are required. An application or sample visit alone does not enter you into a contract.
- The 12-month term starts on the agreed activation date. Months 1–3 are free; months 4–12 are paid at PHP 1,500/month, totalling PHP 13,500. No annual 15% or other duration discount stacks with this offer. Invoice dates and payment instructions are confirmed before activation; no automatic card debit is created.
- Free months are available once per clinic for its lifetime and replace the standard trial. Re-registration, a new email or a new staff account does not create another entitlement.
- The new-contract setup fee is PHP 4,000 and is waived. Basic training, assistance and agreed minor adjustments to existing features are included during the free period. This does not include unlimited custom development, new modules, hardware or internet service. Additional development requires an agreed scope and written approval of the quoted fee before work begins.
- The agreement automatically renews for successive 12-month terms. Written non-renewal notice is due at least one calendar month before expiry; send it to medcoresolutionsph2026@gmail.com and retain acknowledgement. Any different renewal price requires a separate written agreement. Earlier release from the contract requires a separate agreement; applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
- Remote assistance is primary. Onsite demo and initial setup are free only in selected areas, with individual confirmation and an appointment. No nationwide or guaranteed visit is promised.
- Existing contracts, negotiated prices, recorded payments and clinic data are not changed automatically. This SwiftEMR offer does not change VetCore's separate free service.

What happens after I apply?
Start with your clinic name and physician email. Verify your email, then save your physician details and any requested document on the website. Our team verifies your clinic before activation. You can return using your private continuation link.
Can I try SwiftEMR before subscribing?
Yes. Explore the fictional sample without an account, or request a remote demo before signing. The introductory offer is a 12-month commitment with months 1–3 free and months 4–12 paid. It is not a cancel-anytime trial.
Can you build a website for my clinic?
Yes. Our clinic website service includes clinic pages, online booking, a blog or news section, and managed hosting and updates. Ask our team about the scope for your clinic.
How do you handle patient data and access?
Your clinic should review access controls, backup and recovery arrangements, and the applicable service agreement with our team before onboarding. Request the current security and data-handling details for your deployment.
What are the cancellation and data-export terms?
The new annual offer renews automatically for 12 months. Send written non-renewal notice at least one calendar month before expiry. Your agreement ends at term expiry, not immediately; initial-term fees remain payable. Contact MedCore to agree data export and end-of-service arrangements. Existing contracts keep their agreed terms.
Will this replace my team’s clinical judgment?
No. Digital tools support clinic workflows. Any AI-generated clinical suggestions must be reviewed and approved by the responsible healthcare professional.
